By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice.

The Listeners Lounge is an audio drama streaming platform that provides access to original serialised audio drama content ("Content"). We offer both free access (limited episodes) and paid subscription tiers — Premium and VIP — which unlock additional episodes and features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any Content, feature, or subscription tier, with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

The Listeners Lounge offers the following subscription tiers:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and may not be combined with other offers.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to audio dramas, scripts, character names, cover artwork, music, and branding — is the exclusive property of The Listeners Lounge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and listen to the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• —Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• —Record, download, or redistribute any audio content from the Platform
• —Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Platform
• —Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• —Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

If you submit ratings, reviews, or other content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Listeners Lounge and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
